We are excited to help lead this endeavor into phase 2 of the Lakewoods Trails system.  When this phase is finished, the entire system will total ~20 miles consisting of XC biking/hiking trails, a 4 mile practice loop for our NICA youth team and basis for future trail race events, and even 2-3 downhill "fun lines" for those feeling froggy by wanting to get their tires off the ground 😎!

Our V.P. and South Arkansas FLOW head coach, Jeff Newton, recently spoke to local Cub Scouts on all things bikes.  We appreciate his stewardship and spreading the pedaling message: get out, get moving, get healthy.
